It is one thing to promise to perform, and it is another thing to guarantee it. We offer several performance guarantees so that if we don’t perform as promised- we pay the price!
Our guarantees include:
- Cost Savings/Income Guarantee- We guarantee we will find you 3 cost savings/income opportunities, or your first 3 months of management is free- guaranteed! (Note applies to Single family and multi-family only)
- Payment Guarantee- If the tenant doesn’t pay, you don’t pay a management fee- simple as that. We are only paid when you are.
- Service Guarantee- If we don’t mail or wire your money within 5 business days of receipt of rent, we will waive that months management fee.
- Fee Guarantee- If you can find a lower management fee in writing, we will match it. As long as the other firm does not charge fees in addition to their base percentage- we guarantee it!
- Satisfaction Guarantee- If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel our contract at any time with 30 days notice.
